All our jewelry is internally threaded, this eliminates risk of tissue trauma during jewelry insertion, this also helps to reduce healing time of your new piercing. Internally threaded jewelry has longer threads to help reduce the risk of ball ends falling off and becoming lost. All jewelry with gem stone settings are crimped-in, not glued-in.
